Donna Keene Holt has concentrated her practice in the area of medical negligence for the past 30 years. Licensed in both Tennessee and South Carolina, she has pursued medical malpractice claims in Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina and South Carolina. She co-authored a chapter entitled “Strategies and Tips for Winning the Emergency Medicine Case” in the Medical Malpractice section of the book Personal Injury Handbook: Forms and Procedure (James Publishing Group 1991) has published articles in legal publications, and has been a presenter at Continuing Legal Education Seminars for numerous attorney organizations in Tennessee, Kentucky and South Carolina. She has been lead trial attorney and appellate counsel for several precedent-setting cases involving medical negligence, procedural questions and evidentiary issues, including Steele v. Fort Sanders Anesthesia Group P.C., 897 S.W.2d 270 (Tenn. App. 1994).
